Duties

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support overall restaurant operations Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and plating assistance Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas to uphold health standards Help with catering and banquet setups when required Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables Follow food safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety practices is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if needed Basic physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks
