What you'll do

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all kitchen utensils, plates, and glassware are spotless. Assist with food preparation tasks to support the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Buss tables promptly and efficiently to keep dining areas tidy and welcoming for guests. Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring all catering needs are met with precision. Follow proper food handling procedures to guarantee safety and quality standards are upheld. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak service times. Perform general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and dining areas to promote a safe working environment.

Basic qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens is a plus. Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and banquet experience. Knowledge of culinary techniques or food preparation methods.
