Duties

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all food handling practices meet health and safety regulations. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Clean workstations thoroughly before and after shifts to maintain a sanitary environment. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.

Skills

No experience necessary Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to assist with various tasks in the kitchen as needed, including cooking, cleaning, and food service duties.
