Come join our culinary team at Gerni's Farmhouse, our newest Food & Beverage outlet at Sparkling Hill Resort! We are looking to hire a dishwasher who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. This is an entry level position with plenty of opportunity to develop for the right individual - We are always looking to train and promote from within!

Gerni's Farmhouse is an Austrian/German Restaurant, named after the Resort's owner, Mr. Gernot Langes-Swarovski. It focuses on authentic Bavarian cuisine. Learn more about us at www.sparklinghill.com

Staff accommodation is available in double rooms for full time Sparkling Hill employees, working 40 hours per week.

Duties Include:

Operate conveyor belt dish washing system in large kitchen environment Assist with sanitization/cleanliness of kitchen areas Help to receive and put away food and supply orders Support team with the execution of buffet and plated style banquets and corporate functions as needed Restock items on the line during service periods Maintain general organization of dishware and storage areas Some food prep duties Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Capable of completing physical demands of the position, including scrubbing and lifting up to 50 lbs. Written and oral proficiency in the English language Previous kitchen experience an asset
