Job Description

As the dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing dishes, kitchen cleanliness and other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager. This position reports to the Kitchen Manager, essential job scope includes but is not limited to:

Responsibilities

Washing dishes, flatware, pots, pans, utensils & cutlery Temperature checks & cleaning of the dishwashing machine Maintain high levels of kitchen cleanliness and organization Maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local health protection standards Daily & weekly cleaning and maintenance to ensure a sanitary and safe work environment Maintaining a respectful workplace in accordance with organizational policies and procedures Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager

Qualifications

Previous dishwashing experience Knowledge and understanding of chemicals used Ability to carry up to 50lbs on an occasional basis
