JOB DESCRIPTION: Making sure all dishes and utensils are washed after use and kitchen areas are kept cleaned and organized.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Making sure all dishes are washed as per the club's standard
Ensuring the dishwasher is functioning properly, clean and the chemicals are filled
Keep the dish area organized and clean at all times
Assisting chef and cooks with dinner service (on the line) different positions when required
Basic prep work in the kitchen as required
Cleaning of equipment and machinery as per procedures
Responsible to dispose of recycling and garbage
Responsible for sweeping and mopping kitchen and associated areas as per closing procedures
Other cleaning and duties as required
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience an asset
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Must be available for all shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays and late nights
Must be a minimum of 14 years of age
Must have transportation to and from work
Able to work with a team and independently

To be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
