ABB Smart Buildings digitally transforms commercial, industrial and residential buildings for the highest comfort, efficiency, safety and security - enhancing quality of life in buildings of the future through safe, smart and sustainable electrification solutions, services and products.You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program. Three different rotations focused on developing sales and leaderships skills and ABB product knowledge. You will complete the rotational program with Electrification Smart Buildings. Our Smart Building offerings enhance people's quality of life in buildings of the future with sustainable electrification solutions and products. The division includes building and home automation solutions, energy distribution solutions and NEMA flow goods. You will attend May orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. This global programming is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to coach you throughout your journey.
Your responsibilities

  • Learn about yourself and ABB's global business.
  • Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills.
  • Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars.
  • Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.
Your background
  • Completed university studies before the start of the program.
  • Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date.
  • Minimum of 3.0 Grade Point Average.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must already have a work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sites.
