Kenvue is currently recruiting for Director, Technology - US SH&B. This position reports to the Sr. Director Head of Technology SH&B and is based in Ontario, Canada & Skillman NJ. Remote work option available.

What will you do
The Director, Technology - US SH&B will be an integral leader of skin health products, collaborating across functions and squad teams to create and implement winning digital product strategies for our business. This position will support the digital transformation efforts for the US Skin Health business, focused on commercial digital ecosystems including web, mobile, CRM, connected commerce, marketing resource management, data & analytics. There will be a focus on driving our next evolution in connected commerce, or DTC brands. This role will also manage solution architecture across our digital ecosystems and software engineering. This role will help establish our brands as the leader in everyday care by developing digital capabilities and organizational skills in alignment with both short and long-term product strategic priorities. Collaboration will be critical for success, with a need to collaborate closely with Consumer brand leadership, health care professional partners, product and platform teams, engineering & development, and external partner relationships. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Head of Technology and Data, US Skin Health & Beauty. This leader will define the vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives and key results for the US Skin Health & Beauty Product group, co-shape strategic demand with the business, and align business and technology strategies together. This role will accomplish these results by leading cross-product roadmap and release planning, informing squad product backlogs, and solving for dependencies and resource needs. This leader will ensure that product visions are complete and fit-for-purpose in terms of their ability to achieve key business results.

  • Responsibilities
    • Shape strategic demand with the business and align with technology strategy
    • Build roadmap and implementation plan for next evolution of DTC, focusing on an experience-driven commerce platform(s) across all US Consumer brands for Skin Health and Self Care
    • Partner closely with Technology Product Owners to define the vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives and key results for the US Face, Sun, and Make-up teams
    • Lead the engineering team to design and deliver future-proof, integrated solutions with \xe2\x80\x9cfit for purpose\xe2\x80\x9d architecture that optimize the performance, scalability, efficiency and agility of the product group
    • Jointly shape the broader product/platform strategy across North America and Global teams to drive deployment and activation
    • Lead cross-product roadmap and release planning for group-level initiatives, inform squad product backlogs, and solve for dependencies and resource needs
    • Lead and coordinate the activation of new platforms and technology solutions within \xe2\x80\x93 including Customer Data Platform, Digital Experience Platform, Direct to Consumer (DTC) Platform and others
    • Lead the strategy and approach for squad-managed CRM
    • Define and track metrics to focus on business value realization throughout the product lifecycle, including end user KPIs, product group performance, team health and product group maturity
    • Manage financials, along with high level management of resources and key external partner relationships
    • Test, learn and scale innovative approaches: Serve as an expert in solving and educating on consumer health challenges by identifying innovative approaches
    • Understand new digital experience trends and educate internal key partners and business leaders on opportunities to grow our consumer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement
    • People leader responsibilities to attract and develop diverse talents including technology product owners and software engineers and build strong inclusive culture with learning agility

Qualifications


What we are looking for
  • Required Qualifications:
    • A minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree
    • A minimum of 8 years of successful and progressive commercial experience within the healthcare industry
    • Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies and broader digital technology ecosystem
    • Demonstrated start-up attitude
    • Must be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business strategy
    • Ability to build strong relationship with internal/external stakeholders to cultivate partnerships and craft the development of innovative solutions
    • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel, advanced communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
    • Previous experience as people leader
  • Desired Qualifications:

    • leadership experience
    • Hands on experience with product management, software development, user experience design, data & analytics
    • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, product, web development, mobile app development, eCommerce, CRM and/or related fields
    • Experience with managing budgets and external partners/vendors is preferred
    • Experience with any of the following consumer health categories is a plus: pain, cough cold & flu, allergy, oral care, digestive health, wound care
