Your role involves collaborating with the CTO, CPO, and leadership to refine processes and deliver the support needed for an exceptional Product and Technology organization. Reporting to the Vice-President of Technology Operations, you\'ll also be a vital part of the Product team, contributing to our goal of redefining business engagement with employees, customers, and communities through a shared purpose.What you\'ll do:

• Partner with Product and Technology teams to refine strategy, PDLC, operating rhythm, and readiness for engagements
• Lead strategic direction for Technical Project Management and Product Operations
• Ensure alignment within PDLC across Product Management, Design, Marketing, DevOps, Integration, and Engineering
• Establish onboarding and development opportunities for team empowerment
• Create and maintain metrics and dashboards for product management and delivery insights
• Maintain the System of Record for intake, business cases, decisions, prioritization, and ongoing projects
• Prepare assets for both internal and external audiences

What you\'ll bring:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field
• 10+ years in technical product/program management, training, project management; enterprise client experience preferred
• 5+ years leading complex teams and functions
• Expert in product process excellence and learning
• Skilled in gaining trust from technical engineering and product teams
• Experienced in mature collaborative work environments
