GENERAL FUNCTION

The Director, Retail Enablement and Optimization will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Project Integration, and Store Communications. This individual will collaborate with various teams to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency in retail operations, ultimately enhancing the customer experience and maximizing business outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitor and compare operational metrics to plan and historically harmonizing/standardizing processes.
  • Build adhoc incentive plans.
  • Build employee feedback and communications strategy in partnership with Operations; evolve and improve the day-to-day communications approach, methodology and tools.
  • Sponsor and support revenue growth opportunities
  • Sponsor and drive forward opportunities to bring benefits (financial and other) to Retail Operations
  • Identify ways to improve policies, procedures, and processes relating to Retail operations staying abreast of industry innovation and best practices.
  • Enable retail innovation, facilitating pilot programs and evaluation of results in advance of larger roll-out decisions.
  • Collaborate and plan closely with Product Owners and store operations teams to innovate and execute for our stores.
  • Build and own the retail enablement backlog of process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business product owners for continued systems optimization.
  • Align with store operations to manage appropriate pace of change.
  • Sponsor and support the team on deep dives on critical business processes to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in the process optimization opportunities for the Company.
  • Deep understanding of business-to-business sales, revenue management, and marketing subject area.
  • Aligned with the company\'s business and sales strategy, you will develop and implement the action plan to achieve the global sales objectives.
Qualifications

EDUCATION
  • An Undergraduate Degree - business, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field.
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Continuous Improvement Retail environment
  • Retail or Financial Industry background
  • Experience running budget & expense.
  • Project management and implementations
  • Forecasting and reporting
