What you'll do


Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership and Growth



Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid channels, including search, social, and ABM Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to design growth and demand generation strategies that align with revenue goals Define and implement best practices across performance marketing, demand gen, and marketing operations to ensure scalability and efficiency Benchmark results against industry standards and proactively recommend tactics to improve ROI and operational performance
Stay ahead of platform updates and market trends to keep campaigns competitive and innovative

Advanced Campaign and Demand Gen Management



Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from strategy and audience design to creative briefing, launch, and performance analysis Confidently manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms Oversee ABM programs, integrating targeting and personalization to engage key accounts
Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure accurate lead flow, tracking, and attribution across campaigns

Cross-functional Collaboration and Influence



Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align paid, growth, and demand generation initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals
Act as the senior advisor on paid and growth programs, driving strategic discussions and cross-functional alignment

Analytics, Insights, and Marketing Operations



Use data to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance, sharing clear insights with senior stakeholders Partner with marketing operations to maintain data hygiene, lead scoring, and attribution accuracy
Establish reporting frameworks to track ROI, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline influence

Budget and Resource Management



Manage a substantial marketing budget, ensuring investment is optimized across channels and growth programs Allocate resources strategically across performance, demand generation, and operational needs to maximize impact

Qualifications


Desired Skills and Experience



Minimum Qualifications:



5+ years of experience managing high-impact paid media campaigns in B2B SaaS Proven success with paid search, paid social, and ABM programs Deep understanding of analytics and attribution, with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and platform-specific reporting Data-first mindset, able to extract actionable insights and make confident optimization decisions Strong communicator with experience presenting strategies and performance to senior leadership Skilled at budget ownership, vendor management, and driving ROI Comfortable leading innovation, testing new tactics, and refining operations for scale

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in growth marketing and demand generation strategies Knowledge of marketing operations, including data hygiene, lead flow, and campaign tracking Familiarity with revenue marketing best practices and pipeline acceleration tactics
