We're looking for a Director of Performance Management to power Client Advisory Services (CAS) - a newly launched sales organization focused on growing client relationships across Canada Life. CAS operates with shadow P&L accountability and partners closely with Finance and Performance Management across our Individual Wealth and Workplace Benefits & Retirement businesses.
This role enables informed decisions for sales leaders across Canada Life's three major businesses: Freedom Experience, Investment Planning Counsel Pinnacle Advisors, and the Financial Solutions Centre. You'll lead teams to lead the development of a reporting ecosystem that delivers executive-level visibility into business performance.
The ecosystem will include reporting on sales and financial performance, operational tracking for sales productivity and client experience, and support for sales compensation and incentive programs. By evolving these capabilities, you'll create a platform for faster insights and better decisions that drive growth.
