What you'll do:

  • Lead a team to build and implement comprehensive Omni-channel strategies seasonally that build brand affinity, strengthen customer health, and drive in-season performance & growth.
  • Guide marketing strategy, both in-season and in quarterly seasonal development. Work cross functionally with leads across the business to drive key programs and priorities. Advocate for the customer and the brand and provide strategic support in research and insights to support decision making.
  • Build and lead a diverse team to do great work. Foster an open environment with space to innovate, question, and learn.
  • Lead all aspects of the development of marketing collateral in support of seasonal promotions and initiatives. Build influence with enterprise, store operations, and colleague teams to support and drive successful campaigns at store level in our 350+ stores across the country.
  • Work cross functionally to build loyalty strategy with PC Optimum, the biggest loyalty program in Canada, with a focus on acquiring new customers, limiting churn, and driving incrementality through experimentation.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to a cross functional team working to deliver data-driven, audience-based traditional-to-digital media strategies.
  • Oversee customer analytics, in partnership with internal business and enterprise partners, to drive both marketing and overall business strategies and drive standards /KPIs.
  • Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
What you bring:
  • Bachelor Degree (Business, Marketing preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution including 2-3 years of leadership experience managing teams that spans both digital and brick and mortar
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented, with passion for questioning assumptions, encouraging innovation, and building a dynamic and supportive team culture
  • Consistent track record of connecting traditional to digital and driving omnichannel strategies through to execution
  • Proven experience with brand marketing and thought leadership in driving brand affinity
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and managing direct and indirect reports
  • Confidence working in a fast paced environment and shifting in season to react to changing landscapes
  • Confidence managing budgets and efficiencies and changing direction in real time
