Come be a part of the team.Reporting to the Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing and Media Integration, the ideal candidate will be an experienced client services individual who will lead a high performing team, establish a strategic vision, and excel at articulating our partner's brand vision and objectives to our internal teams all while delivering best in class marketing execution for all elements relating to the partnership business.

  • Oversee a large and diverse portfolio of integrated partnerships
  • Build and foster trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead a group of high performing individuals with account management responsibilities across multiple properties (Leafs, Raptors, TFC, Argos) and venues (Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum) with a focus on Toronto FC and BMO Field
  • Deliver business results for our partners through a solutions-oriented approach
  • Lead retention and renewal discussions across the Toronto FC partnership business
  • Support with new business goals and revenue strategies
  • Member of the Global Partnerships leadership team representing the Toronto FC vertical
  • Member of an MLSE cross functional leadership team focused on the Toronto FC business
  • Responsible for financial stability of the Toronto FC partnership business
  • Responsible for culture setting initiatives, employee development programs, talent evaluation and broader corporate priorities

  • 8-10+ years of related and meaningful experience in marketing, strategy and/or partnership marketing
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma within a marketing or business-related discipline an asset
  • Proven experience building and leading high performing, diverse teams with an inclusive and empathetic approach
  • Ability to showcase strategic insight, thought leadership and clear communication (written and verbal) with your team and the organization on our partner's marketing strategy and business priorities
  • Experience developing and managing complex and integrated budgets
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships while exceling with executive level relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task and manage evolving priorities while performing well under pressure
  • A positive approach, incorporating integrity, confidentially and discretion
  • Demonstrated responsibility and accountability utilizing a solutions-focused approach. Strong ability to deliver on promises and take initiatives while building a 'big picture' vision through to strategy and execution
  • Ability to provide strong client satisfaction by continuously applying a client centric approach
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required / when applicable
