The Corporate Director of Organizational Development (OD) is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of Human Resources strategies in a consistent and standardized way across J.D. Irving companies. This position provides leadership and collaboration in managing innovative human resources strategies that have an enterprise-wide impact to support organizational growth.
Working collaboratively with Corporate and Business Human Resources teams, and reporting to Corporate Vice President Human Resources, the Corporate Director of OD plays a key role in thought leadership and expertise guidance to a variety of key stakeholders and their teams in the strategic implementation of Organizational Development Strategies. The Corporate Director of OD will act as an internal consulting partner supporting the areas of organizational development and other strategic initiatives.
