Job Summary
The Director of Operations Finance plays a critical leadership role within the Finance and Accounting organization, overseeing the financial management, control, and optimization of global inventory and cost of sales. This position provides strategic financial oversight to support operational decision-making, enhance financial performance, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory-related financial reporting across global operations.
The individual in this role will be responsible for the valuation of inventory and biological assets, the determination and reporting of cost of goods sold, and the design and maintenance of robust internal controls related to inventory management. The Director will serve as a key business partner to Supply Chain, Operations, and Corporate Finance, ensuring financial objectives align with business strategy.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep financial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment. The successful candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who can drive process excellence, financial discipline, and continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
