Position Summary

The Director of Operations will serve as the operational lead and growth partner for Cappa College, building the systems, teams, and processes needed to launch programs, scale enrollment, and deliver an exceptional student experience.

Responsibilities

Build and manage all daily operations of the college Set up and improve systems for scheduling, LMS, admissions, and student support Oversee academic delivery across all programs and support instructor hiring Lead admissions operations, CRM workflows, and conversion processes Coordinate PARIS submissions and maintain regulatory compliance Build a strong student experience from onboarding to graduation Hire, lead, and support key team members across operations and academics Act as a strategic partner to the owner in driving growth and scalability Other tasks as required

Competitive salary with strong performance incentives; compensation will be discussed early in the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON L6W 3P6
