- Leading and Managing the Software Development Department
- Overseeing all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle and implementing Strategies for Continuous Growth
- Ensuring all Projects are of the Highest Quality, including Performance and Security
- Liaising with other Departments to drive Innovation
- A minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in senior leadership of a Software Development team
- A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- A background that includes serving the Oil & Gas industry
- Full knowledge of GIS data, ESRI platforms, cloud-based solutions and agile methodologies
- A passion for innovation, problem-solving and challenge
- Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
