The Director of Sales (DOS) is responsible for the overall efficient and effective guidance and leadership of the Sales Department towards the achievement of the hotel's overall financial objectives. The DOS has responsibility of maximizing revenues, managing expenses, revenue forecasting, monthly financial reporting, and delivering on the financial goals outlined in the Sales & Marketing Strategy & Budget Plans. The DOS assists the General Manager in setting and achieving both financial and service goals through providing timely and thorough responses to Sales inquiries and by exceeding guest and team expectations. All service provided is expected to be consistent with the Residence Inn by Marriott brand standards and SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts standards.
