Director of Sales

Burdock is a downtown Toronto brewery striving for beverage excellence. We love making beers that are refreshing, pale and crispy, beers inspired by wine and beers that we'd want to drink everyday.



Since 2023 and the opening of our downtown Toronto production facility in Kensington Market, Burdock has seen unprecendented growth. We were recognized as the 2024 LCBO Small Partner of the Year and have since continued to push the boundaries on what consumers should expect from a craft brewery.





We're now looking for someone to join our team in Toronto to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves to problem solve and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. More details below!

Requirements

5+ years experience in sales, with 1+ years in a management position Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to leverage data to make sound sales decisions Passion for craft beer and understanding of the brewing industry Understanding of the LCBO, Grocery, C-store & Licensee channels

Responsibilities

Lead, support and develop Burdock sales team Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain relationships with new and existing retail and licensee partners Collaborate with Marketing & Production teams to ensure sales goals are synchronous Analyze and communicate performance to Head of Operations, Burdock owners
