The Director of Sales drives revenue growth by leading Amsted's sales teams to achieve annual targets for renovations and custom homes. This role focuses on developing client relationships, refining processes, and ensuring a smooth handoff from initial inquiry through signed contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals using Amsted's proven process.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for new business and service growth.
Support business development efforts through networking, community engagement, and referral partnerships.
Track performance metrics and prepare operational and forecast reports for Leadership Team review.
Collaborate with Design and Construction Directors to ensure seamless client experience from sales through delivery.
Maintain and enhance sales tools, presentations, and CRM systems for efficiency and consistency.
Represent Amsted at community, industry, and client events as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
Participate as a member of the Leadership Team, providing strategic input on growth and profitability.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven success leading sales teams in residential construction or design-build environment.
Strong understanding of estimating, pricing strategies, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office; experience with BuilderTrend preferred.
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and project lifecycle management.
