Director of Sales

to build and lead a scalable and ethical sales organization. The ideal candidate will balance performance with purpose -- converting qualified prospects into lifelong clients while upholding the highest standards of

scientific integrity, transparency, and client outcomes

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping a world-class sales culture that delivers results through authenticity, trust, and genuine impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities



Build and scale

a high-performing, values-driven sales organization from the ground up.

Recruit, train, and manage

a team of

6-10 sales professionals

(setters and closers). Lead

daily standups

,

weekly call reviews

, and

monthly calibration sessions

to drive accountability and skill growth.

Design and implement

a

skills-based hiring funnel

, including

live audition days

to evaluate real-world selling ability. Partner with leadership to ensure sales strategies align with the company's

science-backed programs

and client success metrics. Develop sales playbooks, KPIs, and data dashboards to continuously refine performance. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's

wellness philosophy

, program offerings, and scientific foundations to ensure accurate, ethical client representation. Foster a

mission-driven culture

where every team member sells with empathy, accuracy, and integrity.

Skills & Qualifications



5+ years leading high-ticket health or coaching sales teams

Demonstrated lifts of 10+ points in team close rate

, sustained for 90+ days.

Team P&L ownership

with refund accountability built into compensation. A

portfolio

that includes call recordings, QA rubrics you've authored, and forecast models you've built. Proven experience

scaling sales teams

and hitting or exceeding revenue targets. Expertise in

consultative and values-based selling

, with a focus on client education and trust. Experience designing

recruiting funnels

, training programs, and compensation structures. Proficiency with

CRM and analytics tools

Passion for

health, wellness, and helping others achieve lasting transformation

.

Strongly Preferred



Background in

health, wellness, or medical sales

where outcomes drive referrals.

Mastery of pipeline math:

show rate, close rate, average deal size, and cycle time. Experience

scaling teams during rapid growth

while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
