Seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Sales to lead the expansion of sales operations, reseller partnerships, and agency networks across North America. This role will focus on scaling the sales team and building strategic go-to-market channels for Speak Nova's subscription-based software solutions, which include AI agents, CRM, and ERP platforms tailored for small, medium, and enterprise businesses.

This position will support a heavily weighted commission structure, with a top end of $200,000 with strong and scaled performance.

Position Overview



The Director of Sales will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and foster partnerships with resellers and agencies. The successful candidate will combine leadership skills with hands-on execution to build a high-performing sales organization that can scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy across North America for subscription-based AI, CRM, and ERP solutions. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients. Build and manage strategic relationships with resellers, agencies, and channel partners to expand distribution. Establish performance metrics, sales targets, and incentive structures to ensure team accountability and success. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market initiatives. Implement sales processes, CRM best practices, and data-driven decision-making frameworks. Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships to accelerate growth. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies. Develop training and enablement programs to ensure resellers and agencies are equipped to succeed. Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications



Proven track record of scaling sales teams in SaaS, subscription-based software, or technology solutions. Experience leading multi-channel sales strategies, including direct, reseller, and agency-driven growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent. Deep knowledge of CRM, ERP, and AI-driven solutions preferred. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven decision-making approach with strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience working across small, medium, and enterprise client segments in North America. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
