Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Oversee account management activities to maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and analyze market trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and team management, as well as business development.
Strong background in outside sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively.
Excellent account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
