Duties

Manage account relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Lead outside sales efforts to expand market presence and capture new clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback. Oversee the development of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in hospitality. Strong skills in business development, account management, and customer service. Excellent analytical abilities to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams effectively. Experienced in effective marketing strategies and social media platforms. Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals successfully.
