Your Mission, Should you Choose to Accept it

In this role, you will be empowered to:

Inspire and Lead:

Guide, motivate, and hold a young sales team accountable to ensure they achieve outstanding and consistent results.

Design the Strategy:

Formulate and implement an effective sales approach that facilitates new customer acquisition and enhances engagement with current clients.

Be a Master Coach:

Guide your team in advanced sales techniques, handling objections, and managing pipelines efficiently.

Lead by Example:

Take charge in important demos and support your team in closing complex enterprise deals.

Use Data as Your Superpower:

Analyze sales metrics to uncover actionable insights and continuously refine our processes to maximize team potential.

Be the Voice of Our Brand:

Represent us with passion and expertise at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.


What You Bring to the Team

Proven Leadership:

You have 7+ years of leadership experience building and leading teams in a SaaS or technology sales environment.

Sales Professional:

You are a sales expert who has refined their technique and skills through at least 5 years of experience in a sales role.

A Coach's Mindset:

You thrive on mentoring others and have a gift for motivating a team and celebrating their wins. You tailor your coaching approach to the unique strengths, needs, and personalities of each team member, ensuring that every individual receives the guidance and support they need to excel.

Transparent Leader:

You lead with clarity and fairness, holding both yourself and your team accountable for their actions.

A History of Crushing Goals:

You have a clear, demonstrable track record of not just meeting, but exceeding aggressive sales targets.

SaaS Expert:

You demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SaaS sales metrics, complex sales cycles, and are highly proficient in pipeline management.

Strategic Acumen:

You are skilled in applying data-driven insights to formulate effective strategies and implement processes for future growth and success.

Exceptional Communicator:

You are an accomplished presenter and motivator who adapts their style to connect with different personalities and lead high-stakes client presentations.

You are entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated. You believe that accountability and results are essential to team success.
