You will be someone with sales management experience and have sold either printing or packaging. Commissions/Bonus: 20% on base

Functions:

• Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, including sales reps, account managers, and customer service
• Identify hiring needs and collaborate with HR to bring in top talent.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed company targets.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and strong funnel management
• Use sales analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
• Create a strategy for new business acquisition
• Work closely with your team to establish a strategy for upselling and crosselling the existing customer base
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
• Use the company CRM to produces reports and make business decisions for your territory
• Run and animate regular sales meetings
• Perform regular 1 on 1's

Requirements

• Essential - French and English bilingualism required
• Essential - At least 10 years of experience in sales management

Knowledge and abilities

• Important - Knowledge of the printing industry
• Important - Knowledge of the packaging industry
