About the Role
This isn't a retail-sales job. It's a system-leadership role for someone who's run high-stakes consumer-finance networks--people who understand lending, compliance, and financial performance at the ground level. You'll own the performance, discipline, and leadership culture across every branch in the company.
You'll:
Own growth, PAR, attach rate, and compliance performance across all branches.
Drive execution through structured OKRs, Weekly Blueprints, and data-based coaching.
Build and develop high-signal
Ops Managers
and Branch Managers who think in systems, not slogans.
Translate financial and credit metrics into daily operational standards.
Partner with Credit Risk, Tech, and Corporate Ops to align lending, compliance, and customer experience.
Lead retail recruiting, training, and incentive programs that build long-term capability, not turnover.
You Are:
A proven operator with 10 + years leading multi-site consumer-finance, fintech, or retail-banking operations.
Deeply fluent in P&L logic--you can see a PAR trend and know the root cause before the spreadsheet loads.
A builder who loves systems, precision, and high-accountability culture.
The kind of leader who fixes the process, not the PowerPoint.
