Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for patient transport services, ensuring high standards of safety, accessibility, and service excellence.
Oversee daily operations of non-emergency medical transportation across multiple regions.
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations.
Develop and execute business strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, transportation standards, and company policies.
Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team to foster growth, accountability, and engagement.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, financial results, and operational reports to drive improvements.
Represent the organization publicly and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders.
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare logistics, supply chain, or patient transportation services.
Demonstrated success in operations management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
