Director of Marketing
to lead and elevate our global marketing strategy.
In this mission-critical role, you'll build a world-class marketing engine that drives qualified leads, fuels revenue growth, and positions our brand at the forefront of the aesthetic and medical technology space. You'll work alongside Sales, inspire a high-performing team, and shape our strategic vision at the executive level.
What You'll Own:
Drive and execute holistic brand, digital, demand generation, and product marketing strategy
Build scalable, data-driven campaigns that power the sales pipeline
Lead and grow a results-oriented, innovative marketing team
Align closely with Sales to boost close rates and shorten the sales cycle
Manage CRM, tech stack, budget, and marketing operations
Report directly to the executive team with clarity and confidence
What We're Looking For:
8+ years in progressive marketing roles, including 3+ years in leadership
Proven B2B experience in healthcare, medtech, or SaaS
Strong digital, demand generation, and analytics expertise
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools
Strategic, adaptable, and driven by data and creativity
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
Experience scaling marketing in global markets
Familiarity with the aesthetic, medical device, or health-tech industries
