We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing Operations to join our Marketing Team and take the lead in creating an agency model servicing internal stakeholders. Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for project management and production operations to support revenue operations (including demand generation), integration of new acquisitions, and go-to-market efforts. You should bring project management experience within a fast paced Marketing team or agency. You will be expected to lead cross functional projects and act as the agent between Marketing production operations and cross functional stakeholders and you will own the digital demand generation budget and targets.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years managing projects and has agency experience. You will bring the ability to work with senior leaders as well as marketing teams, and be able to demonstrate project management skills in managing resources, capacity planning, budgets, and expectations. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with our Creative, Content and Performance Marketing teams and act as the agent for them within cross functional projects while also supporting ad hoc projects as they arise.

Responsibilities.

  • Budgeting and resource allocation
  • Project intake, planning, and resourcing
  • Own workflow and scheduling for the execution of creative, content, and performance programs on a project basis based upon volume, deadlines, and priorities
  • Manage timelines and budget to ensure resource allocations allow projects to stay on-time and on-budget
  • Operate as workflow intake, initiating the kick-off and allocation of work upon receipt of approved work requests and briefs
  • Own feasibility and the identification of key milestone dates to ensure approvals and signoffs can be achieved and launch dates can be hit
  • Review and update internal status on a weekly basis by publishing status reports and participating or leading cross functional revenue operations, go-to-market, and M&A integration meetings
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement internal processes to ensure projects run smoothly from inception to completion
  • Metrics tracking and reporting related to demand generation targets

Qualifications.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Project management designation preferred
  • Experience managing people, capacity, resources, and budgets within a Marketing or advertising/agency setting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Experience with Hubspot and ability to work within the platform
