Electro Federation Canada is recognized as one of Canada\'s \'Great Places to Work\' for 4 consecutive years and has been featured on Best Workplace lists for Professional Services and Best Workplace Managed by Women on multiple occasions.We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to lead EFC\'s marketing initiatives.This position is a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to raise awareness, enhance brand visibility and drive member engagement within EFC and its stakeholders. Working closely with other departments including channel management, advocacy, regions and events, the Director of Marketing will ensure alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals. As the team lead for EFC\'s marketing network, this role will work with members to identify topics of interest to advance the marketing profession within the industry.Under the supervision of the President & CEO, the duties and responsibilities of the Director of Marketing include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Marketing and digital strategy development and execution
  • Brand management
  • Content creation and distribution
  • Advocacy support
  • Lead and develop the annual research project
  • Lead and manage the Marketing Network
  • Measurement and Analysis of program KPIs
  • Budget Management
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 (five) years in a marketing role.
  • Ability to work independently and to work on cross functional teams.
  • Results-driven and energetic self-starter with the ability to execute tasks and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated leadership, facilitation and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with research report initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Dynamics) and experience working with social media monitoring/publishing tools, content management systems (i.e. WordPress, MailChimp, Constant Contact, ClickDimensions, Google Analytics, etc.)
