Lark Hospitality is seeking a highly qualified Director of Marketing with demonstrable experience in the boutique hotel industry to guide and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies that drive revenue growth across our North American portfolio.  
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on multichannel campaign management, requiring someone who already intimately understands the stakeholder ecosystem of hotel ownership, management, and marketing, and can balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution.
You will be responsible for the strategic development and management of marketing plans and budgets for 35+ hotels and F&B establishments out of the gate, so you must have history marketing diverse destinations, understanding of every element of hotel marketing, ability to pivot based on your analytical insights to speak to owners/investors (sometimes multiple times a day), and grace under pressure with changing people, processes, and tools.
