Overview
Managing a team of two and reporting into the Vice President of Marketing, this role will oversee various strategic and operational aspects of sales support including content creation, relationship management, market research, and communication, with the goal of driving informed decision-making, enhancing advisor/investor experience, and maximizing opportunities for capital raising. This role will have clearly defined targets that will be met.
Responsibilities
Content Development
This role involves initiating and generating compelling fund, industry and investment content and collateral to support sales efforts and facilitate engagement with advisors and investors and to further solidify Centurion\xe2\x80\x99s position as a thought leader. Content encompasses the creation of timely point-of-sales documents, the development of value-added presentation slides, and the production of case studies to showcase Centurion\'s expertise and offerings effectively. Furthermore, this role requires the transformation of pertinent material into periodic marketing pieces and the preparation of industry updates and monthly funds\' commentary to ensure advisors remain well-informed. This role will craft industry thought pieces while providing the sales department with actionable insights.
Market Research and Strategy Development
Lead comprehensive fund statistical analysis and conduct attribution analysis to gain insights into fund performance and investor behavior. These analyses inform the formulation of effective market strategies based on thorough research and analysis of industry trends and competitor activities. Internal database ownership of internal platform ensuring all content is updated and relevant to sales team, data is correct, monthly scorecards are pulled, and insights shared.
Stakeholder and Sales Support
Working closely and managing relationships with the wholesaling team to ultimately ensure all advisor needs are met. This role will also work directly with the Manager, Digital Marketing, to create content that support GTM strategies for CAMI and expand brand presence. Formulate and provide updates and reporting for SVP of Sales.
Relationship and Meeting Management
Relationship Management is a critical aspect of the role. This involves monitoring CSAT scores in Sales to gauge customer satisfaction levels and identifying areas of opportunity proactively. The role requires close collaboration with Asset Management, Investor Admin, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and adherence to internal policies. Managing relationships with industry associations such as AIMA and CAASA to foster collaboration and strengthen Centurion\xe2\x80\x99s presence within the investment community. Ensuring compliance with Know Your Product (KYP) requirements to ensure Centurion maintains regulatory integrity and investor trust. In addition, this individual will work in collaboration with external consultants to identify content needs that support strategic growth opportunities.
Compliance
Partner with Compliance to ensure review of all collateral and alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
