The Role



As Director of Human Resources, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for advancing Deveraux's people strategy and supporting our continued growth. This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on impact, designing HR frameworks that scale with the business, strengthening culture, and positioning Deveraux as a top employer nationally. Your portfolio will include:

Strategic Leadership: advising executives, shaping workforce planning, and driving change management initiatives Talent Acquisition & Development: building pipelines, onboarding top talent, and enhancing leadership development programs Employee Relations & Compliance: fostering a fair, inclusive, and legally sound workplace Total Rewards & Payroll: overseeing compensation frameworks, benefits, and payroll operations Culture & Engagement: championing programs that connect, engage, and inspire a multi-generational workforce

The Ideal Candidate



You are a strategic HR architect with a proven ability to scale HR practices in growing complex organizations. You bring:

8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership responsibility Expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development Strength in employee relations, payroll/benefits administration, and HR compliance A collaborative, approachable leadership style with the ability to influence at the executive level A passion for creating inclusive, high-performance workplaces
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
