We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial services, with a proven track record of effective leadership. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health of our organization through strategic budgeting, cost management, and risk analysis.
Duties
Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support business development and growth initiatives.
Manage corporate finance activities including investment analysis and account reconciliation.
Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
Supervise bookkeeping and accounting practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Prepare financial reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
Extensive experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and risk management principles.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in accounting software and financial modeling tools.
