Overview
Resort with 400+ rooms seeks an experienced
Director of Finance (CPA)
to lead all finance, purchasing, and IT functions. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on operations, capital projects, and system migrations (Opera Cloud).###
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting, payroll, purchasing, IT, and compliance. Lead a team of 15+ (accounting, IT, purchasing). Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and capital project oversight. Ensure internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting. Partner with GM and Regional Director of Finance on financial strategy. Optimize use of financial and hospitality systems (BirchStreet, Sun GFS, Watson, Hyperion, Opera Cloud, Silverware).

Qualifications
CPA designation required
; Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred. Proven experience as a hotelDirector of Finance/Controller
. 5-7 years leadership experience in hospitality finance. Strong technical expertise and advanced MS Excel. * Demonstrated success leading teams and driving system improvements.
