Compass Community Health offers primary care health services and health promotion programs to diverse communities and individuals.

We are currently seeking a:

Director of Finance and Corporate Services

Permanent Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

Annual Salary Range: $109,505 - $126,921

What we're looking for:

oA self-motivated, financial professional with a get-things-done attitude!

oStrong financial management experience ideally in the not for profit sector;

oExcellent communication skills with proven experience supervising and leading teams;

oExpertise in complex problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills;

oRecognized professional CPA designation or in the completion phase of designation.

What you can expect to do:

oDevelop and lead multi-year financial strategies, organizational budgeting processes, external audits, management and board of directors reporting;

oOversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and funder reporting;

oAdvising senior leadership and boards on financial performance, risk, and resource allocation;
