The Director of Field Sales will be responsible for executing Rubicon's sales strategy and ensuring our portfolio achieves maximum visibility, availability, and velocity across retail networks nationwide. This role will lead and coach Regional Sales Managers and Territory Sales Representatives to deliver on revenue, distribution, and market share objectives. Success in this position requires strong leadership, deep understanding of retail execution, and the ability to navigate complex regulations while ensuring our brands are consistently and compliantly represented. The Director will also work closely with private retailers to secure listings, maximize promotional investments, and leverage category insights to drive sustainable growth.
