Job Description

This is a full-time Salaried Position




As a key member of Our Lady Seat of Wisdom College's administration, the Director of


Development is responsible for advancing the college's mission by providing strategic


leadership for all fundraising and development activities. The Director oversees the


Development Office and leads a comprehensive advancement program that includes annual


giving, major and planned gifts, capital and endowment campaigns, alumni relations, donor


stewardship, and grant development. Working closely with the President, Development staff,


and the Communications team, the Director ensures that fundraising efforts effectively


promote SWC's Catholic identity, vision, and strategic goals. The Director contributes to


institutional marketing and public relations as they relate to development, and plays a key


role in donor-facing events such as Homecoming and the Wojtyla Summer Institute. This


role requires a strong commitment to relationship-building, strategic planning, team


leadership, and the ethical execution of all development activities.
