How You\'ll Spend Your Time\xe2\x80\xa6

As the Director of Care (DOC) at Andrews Senior Care, you\'ll oversee the nursing department and home operations, fostering a positive team culture. Leading a dedicated care team, you\'ll implement company policies, ensure compliance with government standards, and coordinate healthcare services with a people-centred approach. From addressing and meeting the needs of the residents to conducting regular audits, your role encompasses both leadership and clinical responsibilities. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive team culture and delivering exceptional care; you will be the driving force in our dynamic and compassionate community.

In addition to what makes you unique, there are a few basics that we require for this role:

1. Registered Nurse ( RN) with the College of Nurses of Prince Edward Island

2. Experience leading other professionals and building a collaborative team environment
