Marketing operations is the engine that enables marketing organizations to drive results through the integration, management, adoption and optimization of the right combination of tools, data, technologies and applications. The marketing operations leader plays a critical role in driving overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness; visibility into marketing performance by focusing on technologies, reporting and analytics; and instituting best-in-class operational processes. The marketing operations leader also has operational oversight of the marketing budget, including vendor and agency contracts and SLA management.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
Deep Marketing Technology and Implementation Knowledge, Including Data Integrity and Lead Processes:
Experience with existing, mature technologies and experience gaining efficiencies and optimizing use of the solutions
Strong knowledge of tools: CRM lead management, B2B marketing automation, sales force automation (SFA), and their associated lead, contact, account and campaign objects, as well as reporting
Experience implementing and integrating various marketing technologies within a broad tech ecosystem
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
7+ years of marketing operations experience
Experience with existing, mature technologies and experience gaining efficiencies and optimizing use of the solutions
Strong knowledge of tools: CRM lead management, B2B marketing automation, sales force automation (SFA), and their associated lead, contact, account and campaign objects, as well as reporting
Technical and analytical proficiency; demonstrated proof of dashboard development, various reporting formats, analysis and comparison of tool options
Ability to track campaigns and measure their impact on marketing initiatives at an operational and strategic level
Proficiency in marrying data from disparate systems to create holistic, closed loop reporting on marketing activities
Knowledge of emerging technologies and the potential benefit to marketing teams
Skilled in the application of tools and technologies
Experience implementing and integrating various marketing technologies within a broad tech ecosystem
