Reporting functionally to the Audit & Finance Committee and administratively to the CEO, the Director, Internal Audit provides independent, risk-based assurance and strategic insight on the adequacy and effectiveness of key business and risk management processes.

In this role you will:Lead the development and execution of a risk-based audit plan Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes Provide strategic insight and assurance to the Audit & Finance Committee and senior management Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations Drive continuous improvement and influence key decision-makers

What you bring:A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional designation (CPA, CIA or equivalent). Extensive experience in internal audit, risk management, and governance in complex, regulated environments. Experience reporting to senior executives and/or board-level committees. Deep understanding of audit methodologies and risk-based frameworks. Strong grasp of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with enterprise risk management practices.

Working Conditions:Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days/week in office Occasional travel required Bilingual or willingness to learn French
