:Position SummaryUnder the general direction of the Regional Director, Human Resources, this position is responsible for being a strategic partner; providing guidance, direction and support on matters related to Human Resources Policies & Procedures, and best practices, including but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Legal and Compliance, Health, Safety & Wellness, team member Relations, team member Engagement & Retention, Rewards & Recognition, Respectful Workplace & Diversity, Organizational Development & Training and Change Management.
