The business model advances integration, modernization and innovation across all branches to create an aligned and employee focused system.Reporting to the Branch Manager, Talent Management, the Director and the HRSS team translates corporate and business needs into people strategies and brokers and provides services and expertise from across Employee and Legal Services. This is achieved through consultation and providing strategic support to senior leaders that enables the workforce to achieve business objectives. The Director and team are focused on delivering an exceptional client experience to ensure that senior leaders are able to lead their workforce by seamlessly accessing the right services and programs at the right time; and conversely that City objectives are met.The Director, HR Strategic Services leads a team of trusted partners, influential leaders, and service providers to help the corporation build high performing teams by providing strategic advice, bringing a corporate perspective and supporting evidence based decision making for our employee experience and workforce management.Goals and deliverables:
