Director, Healthcare Data Products, Brampton, ON

The impact you\'ll make

As the Director, Healthcare Data Products you will have the opportunity to deliver omni-channel healthcare solutions that create a world-class experience across the Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart enterprise. You will work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across the enterprise to build out, analyze and prioritize innovative strategies, roadmaps and execution plans that support improving the pharmacy experience and delivery of care. You will will also work closely with our pharmacy, healthcare and technology leads as well as Loblaw Digital, operations, professional affairs and other cross-enterprise teams, to gain alignment and advance strategic priorities.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

Develop strategic plans, roadmaps and priorities for initiatives that support efficient and effective delivery of care in pharmacy, while providing the patient a seamless experience through the channel of choice

Lead efforts to develop and gain alignment among cross-enterprise stakeholders to design and implement collaborative priorities and product roadmaps

Participate in the analysis surrounding strategic business initiatives

Support the execution and project management of new initiatives

Develop a highly engaged team by being an inclusive coach, mentor, and role model for all team members to help grow and promote our diverse talent pool.

What You Bring:

Technology leadership experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or retail pharmacy.

Demonstrated track record of delivery high quality products \xe2\x80\x93 Implementing system integration on a large scale across a vast and complex deployment.

Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Project Management, Analytics, Tech Delivery

Effective communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Passion to delivery healthcare products that impact all Canadians.
