The Blueprint

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions for our property management operations. You will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing portfolio performance, and supporting growth initiatives across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.



A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes across all property portfolios. Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, capital projects, and operational initiatives.

Performance Analysis

Monitor and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial performance. Provide actionable insights to improve NOI (Net Operating Income), occupancy, and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership and investors. Present financial results and forecasts to executive leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Business Partnership

Collaborate with Property Operations, Leasing, and Asset Management teams to align financial goals. Support cross-functional initiatives, including technology upgrades, sustainability efforts, and tenant experience improvements.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Drive automation and process enhancements in financial reporting and analysis.

The Architect of Your Success

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within real estate or property management. Strong understanding of property-level financial metrics and real estate valuation. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar systems is an asset. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
