As a senior finance leader, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will oversee all aspects of FP&A across the enterprise. This role serves as the subject-matter expert for management reporting and business partnership, with a strong focus on delivering targeted outcomes. The Director will champion a continuous-improvement mindset, developing and implementing innovative, strategic process enhancements that drive efficiency, provide timely and accurate information, and increase productivity across the organization. This individual must be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both within and beyond the finance function.

Responsibilities




Financial Planning & Budgeting:

Create, maintain, and improve models and presentations for the month-end results reviews, forecasting models, ad hoc projects and requests Lead the annual Budget, Forecast and Long-range planning processes Coordinate across finance department and with department leaders to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy Includes cash flow modelling and forecasting

Financial Reporting & Analysis:



Management reporting and business partnering, including meeting with key business stakeholders to evaluate risks and opportunities to the full year forecast Preparation of dashboards, KPI monitoring and variance analysis Includes Capital investment reporting, monitoring

Process Improvements:



Monitor and analyze key processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, controls, and automation of reporting and forecasting tasks. Including working with IT on automated dashboards to distribute results.

Ad Hoc analysis that includes:



Analysis requests from business partners with thorough, organized and fact-based work product supporting key observations, assumptions and conclusions Development of business cases that clearly communicate the ROI of initiatives; provide creative insights, implications, and recommendations about current and future

Key Success Factors



10+ years of progressive finance experience in a combination of Accounting, Operations and FP&A roles CPA, CFA and/or MBA a plus; BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred Strong leadership to influence senior leaders of the organization and work with peers in finance and across the organization to manage the financial performance of the business. Strong Change-management and decision making skills

Salary Range:

$140-000-$160,000 per year
