Meridia Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a leading law firm in Toronto on their search for an experienced Director, Finance and Administration to join their dynamic team.
The Director, Finance and Administration will exemplify an entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated exceptional analytical, strategic planning/thinking and communication skills. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and the Partners of the firm.
The Director, Finance and Administration is responsible for the oversight of the firm's financial systems for multiple offices including financial reporting, projections as well as managing the overall financial risks of the firm. A key part of the role will be to deliver and execute the Firm's strategic plan and all associated initiatives with meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented focus. This would include having financial accuracy and control, prioritizing systems and processes and delivering business insights that affect firm strategy.
The successful candidate has experience implementing new and upgraded technologies and is always on the lookout for process improvement.
