OverviewThe Director, Enterprise Risk Management at WorkSafeBC plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organizations financial health and strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Assessments and Finance and Chief Financial Officer, the Director, Enterprise Risk Management is integral to the development and execution of robust risk management strategies that align with WorkSafeBCs mission and values.In this role, youll be responsible for developing and implementing mitigating risk strategies to ensure the organizations financial stability and strategic success. The incumbent will provide leadership and direction to key stakeholders, ensuring the effective implementation of WorkSafeBC and divisional strategies, business plans, and policies in the delivery of quality, client-focused service.Youll also play a critical role in leading WorkSafeBCs enterprise risk management, business continuity management, and fraud detection/mitigation functions.
